 First we will navigate to our config menu and proceed to our message templates. Let's say you updated your reminder templates and now need to retranslate them. When you save any changes to any fields that require a translation you will get an orange pop up that notifies you the translations may need to be updated. To check the translations we will return to our config menu, and click on Languages. The first tab shows you all of the languages you have selected. The second tab is where you will make your updates. Here you will see the total translations you need, how many are translated, how many are out of date, and how many are missing. A missing translation will pop up when you create a new template or new form that has not previously existed! From here you can click on the boxes to bring up the list of items that need to be corrected. You can click here to manually update translations, you can use the magic dust icon to have AI generate the translation for you on each individual item, or you can fix all out of date translations or generate all missing translations with AI if you like! Note: if your list of updates is long then auto-generation will take some time to complete! You can continue working and check back later. Once your first two boxes match you are good to go!
