Overview
This article helps you review the original transmission, related split items, and action history for a document. You may need this when you want to understand where the document came from or what changed.
Steps
- Click Inbox.
- Open the document.
- Click the information tab with the Information tooltip.
- Review the Transmission section.
- Click the external link button in Transmission if you want to open the original transmission.
- Review the Inbox Items section to see related split documents.
- Click Show All in Inbox Items if you want to expand the list.
- Review the Event History section to see recent actions.
Troubleshooting
- If you do not see the information tab, then the document may not have a linked transmission.
- If you need to compare the current item to the original structure, then review both Transmission and Inbox Items together.
