Delete a Form

Overview
This article helps you remove a form from the knowledge base. You may need this when the uploaded form is no longer needed or was added by mistake.
Before you begin
- You need a form in Forms.
Steps
- Click Config.
- Click Intelligence.
- Click Knowledge Base.
- Click Forms.
- Find the form you want to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Troubleshooting
- If the form is still processing, then wait for the list to refresh and try again.
- If the form does not disappear, then refresh the Forms list.
