Open Reporting (Arbol)

Overview

This article helps you open the reporting area. You may need this when you want to install reports, create reports, control access, or open an existing report.

Before you begin

• You need access to Config.

Steps

1. Click Config.
2. Click Platform Settings.
3. Click Reporting (Arbol).
4. Review the report list.
5. Use Report Library to install pre-built reports.
6. Use Create Report to start a new report.

Troubleshooting

• If you do not see Reporting (Arbol), then your role may not include reporting access.
• If the report list is empty, then install a report from Report Library or create one with Create Report.
