Review a Sent Transmission

Overview
This article helps you open and review one sent transmission. You may need this when you want to confirm the PDF, sender, recipient, status, or linked parent inbox item.
Steps
- From the main navigation menu click Inbox.
- Click the dropdown in the header that says "Received"
- Open the Sent view.
- Open the transmission you want to review.
- Review the PDF preview.
- Review the Transmission Details panel.
- Review the patient, sender, From, To, date, and status fields.
- Click View in Parent Message if you want to open the linked inbox item.
Troubleshooting
- If the status looks outdated, then reopen the transmission after a short wait.
