Overview
This article helps you open the Scheduling area in the config menu. You may need this when you want to manage scheduling groups for online scheduling.
Before you begin
- You need access to Config.
- Your organization must have the Online Scheduling feature enabled.
Steps
- Click Config.
- Click Scheduling.
- Review the Scheduling Groups tab.
Troubleshooting
- If you see a message that you do not have access, then your organization does not have the Online Scheduling feature enabled.
- If you do not see Scheduling in Config, then your role may not include access to this area.
