Overview
This article helps you open the agent configuration area. You may need this when you want to create, enable, test, or update an agent.
Before you begin
- You need access to Config.
- Your organization must have the Special Agents feature enabled.
Steps
- Click Config.
- Click Intelligence.
- Click Special Agents.
- Review the Activated Agents section for active agents.
- Review the Available Agents section for agent dossiers you can enable.
Troubleshooting
- If you do not see Special Agents, then your role or feature access may not include agents.
