Enable an Available Agent Dossier

Overview
This article helps you activate a prebuilt agent dossier. You may need this when you want to start from an existing setup instead of building an agent manually.
Before you begin
- You need access to Config.
- Your organization must have the Special Agents feature enabled.
Steps
- Click Config.
- Click Intelligence.
- Click Special Agents.
- Go to Available Agents.
- Find the dossier you want to activate.
- Click the dossier card.
- Wait for the agent editor to open.
- Review the new agent settings.
- Click Save Agent if you make changes.
Troubleshooting
- If the dossier does not activate, then try the card again after the page finishes loading.
- If the same dossier is not listed in Available Agents, then it may already be active in Activated Agents.
