Configure Agent Skills and Intel Access

Overview

Before you begin

• You need an existing agent.

Steps

1. Click Config.
2. Click Intelligence.
3. Click Special Agents.
4. Open the agent you want to update.
5. Go to Skills.
6. Select the checkbox for each skill you want to enable.
7. Click the settings button next to a skill if you need to update that skill's configuration.
8. Go to Intel Access.
9. Select the checkbox for each knowledge document you want the agent to read.
10. Click the document edit button if you need to review or update the document.
11. Click Save Agent.

Troubleshooting

• If a skill settings button is unavailable, then enable that skill first.
• If no documents appear in Intel Access, then add documents in Knowledge Base first.
