Test an Agent

Overview

Before you begin

• You need an existing agent.
• You need at least one activation option enabled.

Steps

1. Click Config.
2. Click Intelligence.
3. Click Special Agents.
4. Open the agent you want to test.
5. Click Test the Agent.
6. Review the note about the last saved configuration.
7. Click a trigger button in Trigger.
8. Search in Search Context.
9. Select the task or inbox item you want to use.
10. Enter text in Starting Question (Required) or Starting Question (Optional) if needed.
11. Click Run Read-Only Simulation.
12. Review the returned plan and outcome details.

Troubleshooting

• If you see a message to save the agent first, then click Save Agent before you run the simulation.
• If no trigger buttons appear, then enable at least one option in Activation Protocols.
• If search returns no results, then enter at least 2 characters.
