Upload a Form for Analysis

Overview
This article helps you upload a form so the system can analyze it. You may need this when you want to prepare a form for schema editing and future use.
Before you begin
- You need access to Knowledge Base.
- You need a Portable Document Format (PDF) file.
Steps
- Click Config.
- Click Intelligence.
- Click Knowledge Base.
- Click Forms.
- Click Upload Form.
- Drag your PDF into the upload area, or click the upload area to browse.
- Enter a value in Document Name.
- Click Upload & Analyze.
- Wait for the success message that the form is being processed.
Troubleshooting
- If you see an invalid file type message, then upload a PDF file.
- If Upload & Analyze is disabled, then make sure a file is selected and Document Name is filled in.
