Overview
This article helps you download a processed form file. You may need this when you want a local copy of the analyzed source document.
Before you begin
- You need a form with the status ✓ Processed.
Steps
- Click Config.
- Click Intelligence.
- Click Knowledge Base.
- Click Forms.
- Find the processed form you want to download.
- Click Download.
Troubleshooting
- If Download is not available, then wait until the form status changes to ✓ Processed.
- If no file opens, then allow pop-ups for your browser session if required.
