Remove a Payer Mapping

Overview

This article helps you remove a payer mapping from a client payer. You may need this when the current mapping is wrong and should be cleared before remapping.

Before you begin

• The client payer must already be mapped.

Steps

1. Click Config.
2. Click Eligibility.
3. Find the mapped client payer.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click Remove Mapping.
6. Confirm the removal.

Troubleshooting

• If Remove Mapping is unavailable, then that row may not have a current payer mapping.
• If the enrollment status changes after removal, then that is expected. Removing the mapping resets the eligibility verification status.
