Review All Payers

Overview

This article helps you review the full payer catalog. You may need this when you want to check whether a payer supports eligibility or requires enrollment before you map it.

Before you begin

• You need access to Config > Eligibility.

Steps

1. Click Config.
2. Click Eligibility.
3. Click All Payers.
4. Enter text in Search for a record if you want to narrow the list.
5. Review the Name column.
6. Review the Stedi ID column.
7. Review the Eligibility Status tags.
8. Use the page controls to move between result pages if needed.
9. Click a payer row to open more details.

Troubleshooting

• If you do not find a payer, then try a broader search term.
• If a payer shows Not Supported, then eligibility checks are not available for that payer.
• If a payer shows Enrollment Required, then mapping alone is not enough. Your organization must complete clearinghouse enrollment first.
