Map Appointment Statuses

Overview

This article helps you map appointment statuses from your electronic health record (EHR) to Calvient appointment statuses. You may need this when schedule syncing is not behaving correctly.

Before you begin

• You need access to Concept Mapping.
• Your EHR appointment status values must already exist in the list.

Steps

1. Click Config.
2. Click Platform Settings.
3. Click Concept Mapping.
4. Click Appointment Statuses.
5. Find the EHR value in Appointment Statuses from your EHR.
6. Click the dropdown in Calvient Value.
7. Select the matching Calvient status.
8. Wait for the mapping to save.
9. Repeat for each unmapped row.

Troubleshooting

• If a row has a red border, then that mapping is missing or invalid.
• If a row keeps appearing as missing, then confirm the selected value matches the intended Calvient status.
